Orders: name, email, delivery address, phone (optional), what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Messages: what you send through our forms or by email.
Newsletter: your email, only if you opt in.
Cookies: essential cookies always; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To fulfil your order and provide customer service (contract).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation — kept for 6 years).
To send marketing emails (consent — withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link).
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our delivery carriers, our web host and email provider. Some may process data outside the UK/EEA under approved safeguards (such as UK IDTA / EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We never sell your data.
