Cancel an order

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Fill in this form or email orders@earthmede.co.uk with the same details. We’ll confirm by email and refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof you sent them), using your original payment method.

Personalised or made-to-measure items can’t be cancelled once work has started, unless they arrive faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
