Gifts are tied to an account so your claim, your order value and your delivery address stay in one place — and so a gift can only be claimed once per order.
It takes a minute and we never pass your details on.

Thresholds are on the order value, not what you earned on it. Enter your order number above and every piece here is re-priced for that order.
Good to know
How is the price for a gift worked out?
Every gift has an order value above which it is free. Above that line you pay nothing for the piece itself; below it, the bigger pieces can still be had at a reduced price we set, and the smaller ones stay free for everyone. Delivery is charged either way.
Why do I need an account?
So that a gift can only be claimed once per order, and so your claim, order value and address stay together where you can see them.
Where do I find my order number?
Website: in your confirmation email (starts with EM-). Etsy: Purchases & reviews → your order → the 10-digit order number. Amazon: Your orders → order details (format 123-1234567-1234567).
My order is not showing up.
Etsy and Amazon orders reach us on a delay of up to 24 hours. Enter the number anyway — we hold your claim and email you the moment it lands.
Can I send the gift to a different address?
Yes — just enter that address on the delivery step.
Which countries can you send to?
The UK, Ireland and most of Europe. Delivery prices are shown before you pay.
